Combination of precious natural building materials, warm colors and stylishly designed wood furniture creates a unique authentic Alpine comfort. Roomy stylishly-designed bathrooms, cozy bedrooms with box spring beds, living rooms with Aqua-flame fireplaces and carefully selected interior details bring a homelike atmosphere into the whole house.
Modern LED TVs in the living and sleeping areas, kitchens generously equipped with dishes, tops and modern appliances including microwave and electric stove, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine, rustic but fine wooden floors, comfortable eating area, fine paintings and other small details help our apartments to meet the various expectations of all our guests. Each apartment has its own balcony, where you can enjoy not only the fantastic views of the Lech Valley or Allgäu Mountains, but also to hear a light sound of Lech river.

We invite you to visit our Finnish sauna with 90 C, bio-sauna with 50 C and infrared cabin as well as our comfortable relaxation room and a tee-bar indoor or outdoor area with large terrace. You can reach all apartments stress-free with our modern and handicapped accessible lift. The functionally equipped, spacious ski room with a boot dryer and ski equipment storage facilities on the ground floor of our house, as well as a lawn with chaise-longue and a playground for children are also a part of the feel-good atmosphere in the house.

In the heart of the nature park between the Lech and Allgäu Alps, surrounded by fantastic nature, all four seasons become your holiday experience. Regardless its central location our house is still a quiet accommodation. In the immediate vicinity from it you can find pastry shops, cafes, numerous gastronomic restaurants with the best culinary as well as the bus stops, from where you easily reach ski areas and many other attractions free of charge.
The largest and the best ski resort of Austria on the Arlberg is reachable in several minutes (15 km).
Cross-country trails, the village ski lift, Lechtal bike path, start for many different mountain tours and hut hiking are located near our house.
